Why have you changed the wording at the end of surveys?

"Thank you for completing the survey. Please add your MN nickname and email address if you wish to be entered into the prize draw. If you leave these boxes blank then we will not be able to enter you for the prize draw, so please do provide this info! It will be kept completely confidential."

It used to say that the personal info we provided, nickname and email, would not be used for marketing purposes. IRRC "You will not receive any marketing".

Why have you changed this? "It will be kept completely confidential" is very vague, possibly open to flexible interpretation. Does not inspire confidence.

Hi OinkBalloon - this wording is used at the end of some recent MNHQ surveys, which is why it's slightly different to the wording we would use if the survey was for a third-party :)

So will surveys for external clients still end with the more confidence-inspiring promise?

Yes, surveys for other companies would include the same wording as before.

Thanks for clarifying, Angelie Smile
