Cannot display all posts in one page

Hello - I can only get 100 posts in any setting, and I want to have it so that all posts are shown in one go - no pages.

How do I go about this please? Customise only gives 100?

Can you let us know which device you're on, and also which version of the site (desktop/mobile/app)?
