For my outburst at lunchtime today.

It is not like me, and I will not try to back-track or justify what I said.

I was out of order and it was uncalled for.

Many thanks for reading

JARM

Well done JArm, not only was it a bit unfair.

It was not like you.

So well done, BTW you owe my Finance Director a new keyboard, when I read your post I sprayed coffee all over my desk.

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 10/10/2006 17:51

ROFL

Well at least it was good for something!

See when you do a big apology, thousands of us have to go and do a search and find out the goss.
If you keep sctum it blows over.(usually)

She was a "tad" direct to Piers Morgan at lunchtime.

CreepyJess · 10/10/2006 17:52

Don't worry about it JARM.. we're all entitled to an outburst or three so no need to apologise. No it wasn't like you.. but, he's got (very) broad shoulders (in fact he seems to be quite broad in general!).. and I'm sure he didn't care at all. Will have handled a lot worse that's for sure!

expatinscotland · 10/10/2006 17:53

Who is Piers Morgan.

CreepyJess · 10/10/2006 17:53

Besides.. you if you want to say sorry it should be to HIM!

sugarfLeewhileyoustillcan · 10/10/2006 17:53

Oh that.
Never mind, onwards and upwards and all that.

TutterIckOrTreat · 10/10/2006 17:54

good on you for saying sorry jarm

i was a bit shocked!

IdrisTheDragon · 10/10/2006 17:54

Did it get deleted?

SherlockLGJ · 10/10/2006 17:54

Idris you voyeur you.....

TutterIckOrTreat · 10/10/2006 17:54

(i knew this would be you when i saw the thread title)

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 10/10/2006 17:55

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO dont make me say sorry to him.... one apology a day is enough surely?!

Im not myself right now - a lot going on - and it was wrong time wrong place for a vent!

OP posts:
HuwEdwards · 10/10/2006 17:56

Yes, I was a bit shocked too - thought you knew something the rest of us didn't!

Munz · 10/10/2006 17:56

why whatcha say?

SherlockLGJ · 10/10/2006 17:56

Oh God don't make her apologise to him, she has enough going on in RL,.

Besides if we did our job properly at lunchtime he is now addicted and will see this thread.

She doesn't have to apologise obviously!! Just that JARM clearly wanted to apologise.. or she wouldn't have started the thread presumably.. what's the point in saying sorry to us.. unless it was for discussion purposes..

SherlockLGJ · 10/10/2006 18:00

Oh God leave her alone will you CJ

CreepyJess · 10/10/2006 18:01

Oh GOD WHAT FFS!!! I said she didn't need to apologise FFS..

If you want to make a argument out of this you're out of luck. See ya.

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 10/10/2006 18:01

im apologising to you lot because it was out of character, and i didnt want everyone to think worse of me than they already do.

Hopefully he will see this thread or i may cut and paste it to an email for him to see - but not tonight, tomorrow will do.

WELL WHATEVER HAPPENED/WHO HE IS, I'M SURE ALL MNETTERS WILL UNDERSTAND EVERYONE HAS OFF DAYS AND SOME SUBJECTS ARE SENSITIVE FOR SOME FOLKS

foulmoonfiend · 10/10/2006 18:06

845 posts? Oh lordy, here we go again! (MSN now somebody and explain! - I've always wanted to say that)

TheBlairAitchProject · 10/10/2006 18:12

oh dear, JARM, i publicly saluted you after that post.

i thought what you wrote was rude, of course, but gloriously so, and i'm sure nothing that he hasn't heard before.

at least you weren't ooohing about how dishy he is (or isn't, imho) and allowing him to duck out of difficult supplementary questions to his faux-statesmanlike answers... 'girl-related' indeed. 'feminist, but not too feminist'... i mean what a load of bollocks.

he's a twerp, a quick-witted, wily and amusing twerp and not in any sense a man of substance. a number of his comments were sexist and vile, which you might think fair enough, but all that crud about 'i can afford private schooling, it's the best, i've got a big car, bodyguards and a hit show in america'... he's the poor man's simon cowell, fgs.

on the other hand, i've read people say 'what would you expect from a former tabloid editor?', almost as if the type of man who climbs the greasy pole to be come a tab ed is somehow as stupid and fluffy-headed as the majority of his readers. he's a snake. he'd have to be in that job.

so JARM, i continue to salute you, when i read your little outburst i thought 'well at least someone's trying to cut through all this bullshit'.

and respect also to donnie, by the way.
