I drove past MNHQ the other day and did that thing where you point at your own eyes with two fingers and then you point at the other person (in this case a building) with your fingers. So I bet they are scared now.

I mean, I did it in a really really menacing way like "You better be nice to HoneyDragon or else" like really mean and squinty, and I'm pretty sure I saw their vertical blinds twitch.

It was about the uploading pictures getting no pictures just a double post instead thing, but that is apparently already a thing.

So now we're missing the dog bike thread that Ellen deleted AFTER we'd peace and loved the fuck out of it.

There was this luffly thread the other night, that COULD have turned into a major bunfight but didn't. Because in the best MN tradition it was diverted and became an old-style classic full of rambling surreality and dogs and giraffes and pigeons and stuff. But then Ellen seems to just have seen the bunfight bit and deleted it before Honey could post a photo of Hullygully in bunny ears. I posted asking her to show it to you, Rebecca or Rowan but it went anyway .
Honey is now feeling sad and thinks you all hate her so we think HQ should do something nice for her to make up.

Do you think you could have a chat with the other mods about being a bit more open to negotiation on deletion sometimes? Like Honey said, we'd peace and loved the fuck out of that thread. I don't know if you remember the duck sex phase but for a brief while (around the time of Chaos's toaster) there was a Derailers quiche which existed to divert bunfights and those threads rarely got deleted because we made it unnecessary. But there's little incentive to do that if they're going to go anyway...
I asked Ellen really, really nicely to leave the thread but it went almost the second she'd posted the deletion message.
