Changing my nickname

I am desperate to put up a post but I can't seem to change my nickname. I have changed in basic registration area then saved but when I preview the message my old nickname is displayed. What do I do?

Hi Cheryl; doesn't look as though your nickname change saved successfully - would you mind trying again?
