Site logs me out when i try to update my profile.

Tried to put a flag on, but when i click "my profile" i get logged out.

Hmmm - someone else (forgotten who, forgive me) mentioned this. When you click on "My Mumsnet", you'll be prompted to enter your log in details for security reasons.

HOWEVER! We've been fiddling (snigger) and it does appear that once you click the My Mumsnet thing, it logs you out everywhere - which we're fairly sure it shouldn't do. Bear with us whilst we have a dig.

Right, can we clarify?

You will be prompted for your username/pwrd when you make changes to your account (like changing password or user name), but just clicking on MyMumsnet in itself shouldn't log you out.

If this is what's happening for you, can you tell us the usual please, ie:

How are you using MN (app, mobile site, desktop)
What device are you using (phone, tablet, PC etc)
What's your operating system (Windows, Android, Apple etc)
What browser are you using if you're on mobile or desktop (IE, Chrome, Safari etc)

Hello - glad to hear it's fixed; ShamTech was having a look yesterday afternoon so it sounds like he got to the bottom of it. Do let us know if it goes wrong again.
