Generally (mis)accredited with the quote, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it".

I'm sure all revolutionaries have cheesy feet...
Besides, don't you think there is enough misquoting associated with our names...

VoltaireHadCheesyFeet · 09/08/2006 10:12

Very true fellow Voltarian but my usual posting name is CheesyFeet and I am too lazy to be any cleverer than that really . Although it would be easy to transpose it to another revolutionary. Will have a look around.

LadyTophamHatt · 09/08/2006 10:15

commonerTophamhatt.....Commoner??

Pah..the cheek of it

HuwEdwards · 09/08/2006 10:15

a few late nights, or trouble with the edwardses?

SheWilburFirstAgainstTheWall · 09/08/2006 10:24

Totally gutted - I wanted to use a protest song name "IfYouToletrateThisYourChildrenWilburNext" but it's too long for the registration page. Grrr. So will this one do? Can't think of a revolutionary name (except wilburforce which sounds a bit like a new superhero programme).

snowlenin · 09/08/2006 10:27

"It is true that liberty is precious - so precious that it must be rationed"

Strangely prescient that Lenin...

JamesTinkerConnolly · 09/08/2006 10:35

honeyCHEld · 09/08/2006 15:08
