"Add a Message

It is with great regret that we have to ask members to refrain from any further discussion of Gina Ford, her methods or her books on the site. To find out why click here. We'd be very grateful if members could report any mentions of Gina Ford using the "contact Mumsnet" facility (the little red exclamation mark to the right of each posting). Many thanks. MNHQ. "

Never seen it before.

FOTM - Mumsnets isn't going to be shut down - not if people abide by the note at the bottom and refrain from posting about anybody

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 07/08/2006 19:28

I have emailed MNHQ not only with a message of support, but for them to clarify whether we are ok with doing all this - the last thing we want is for all this to make the situation worse for MNHQ

earlgrey · 07/08/2006 19:28

If MN is to close down it will certainly hit the press. Shame two parties have to suffer.

I've been lurking and wondering that JARM. Certainly hope not and want to add my support for MNHQ. Off to sign the petition if I can find it.

tigermoth · 07/08/2006 19:35

Will be watching tomorrow's news with interest -So many people from the media and other websites are now coming out about this situation. Really glad mumsnet isn't alone in this.

JoshuaandChloesmummy · 07/08/2006 19:35

Im sure that all is going to be ok, but if the site has to be shut down for a day or two then come over to Bounty.co.uk, and go to debates where you can talk about it there, until this place gets going again. We are all behind you.

SlightlyFamiliarPeachyClair · 07/08/2006 19:38

TBH with the posts here, and that some have been deleted (requested by author not by MN) I would be surprised if MN aren't fully aware of this LOL!
