I reported it and asked, but am now having a crisis of confidence that I am using the wrong protocol.
I didn't expect the overwelming response I got, and I really really really want to be able to read it again next Christmas (and throughout the year when Windows 8 decides to torture me again) cos it veritable drips with human Mumsnet kindness and knowledge and loverlyness. Thnk you, and I hope Santa gave Tech new insulting foam strips for the shed window, so she is all cosy and warm(ish). And Windows 7. Cos windows 8 is ...mean. As are barstsrd youtubers, who should be avoided at all costs. Excpet MN Tech if she is a youtuber. I am sure she is a lovely one.
