Adverts opening the App Store again.

It's happening again, like it did with the Dragon City ads, only this time it's 'Empire of Kingdoms' and I think one called something like 'Game of War'. It's just happened on 3 pages in a row.

I'm on the mobile site on Safari on iPhone on iOS 7.0.

Do you mean that the advert for the app is opening even when you don't tap on it? Is it one particular ad?

The ad at the top for Game of War - the App Store opens on the page for that game even if you don't tap the add, even if you're nowhere near it...

So say you go to TIO, the page opens with a blank space where the ad would be. Then the ad loads and the App Store opens. Every time, every page. Infuriating.

Please make it stop! About every 45 seconds, no matter what I'm doing, I get booted over to the App Store. I couldn't even stay on MN long enough to find the Site Stuff board and post so am very glad this popped up in Active Convos so I don't think I'm going mad :-)

It's Game of War for me. Happens randomly every 30secs - 5mins or so.

Going to try disabling App Store in settings like someone clever up there said ....

Mostly Game of War, had Empire of Kingdoms a couple of times to start with, but not had that since my second post up thread

The advert takes a few seconds to load after the rest if the page which is why it seems like it's when you scroll down/why some people won't be seeing the ad, as it's just a blank bit at the top before it does load.

Game of war every time I've let it open properly (Iphone 3, god knows what IOS, lol...so a bit slow)

But, yes, it's opening randomly when I try to open threads, just scrolling down - just all the time basically, every 10 seconds or so.

Yup Game of War app here too. Everytime I change page the bleedin thing opens up the App Store.
