How to change back to an original nickname??

Hi can someone tell me how to change back to the original nickname I posted on a thread on - I don't want to out myself by keeping this one and saying I've name changed.

I've tried using the old name when I logged in but it keeps saying that there is a problem :(

Any help appreciated

Hi, todaysdate.

You have to change it in the same way as any other name change, so go into 'my mumsnet' and down to 'my account'. Any name you change to is still yours so no one else can use it.

Just shout if it doesn't work and we'll get the pixies onto it.

You can log in with your email address and password. If you need a new password then it will send one to your email address. You can't log in with an old password once you've changed, only with the current one. Have you tried changing your username back in 'my mumsnet'?
