So the Acronyms List. I reckon it might be time for an update.

On a few different threads recently, questions about acronyms and so on. Granted some of them might not be MN-specific but could be helpful for newbies regardless.

Plus there are some that I just simply don't know and have now been here long enough that it's embarrassing.

I'll start - in the last couple of weeks I have learned:

GF - Goady Fucker
IPOAT - Insane People on a Thread

Plus I think the following should be on there (or maybe they are, CBA to check TBH)

RTFT
ODFOD
LO
FWR
DH meaning Dog House as well as Darling Husband (misunderstanding that one makes for verrrrrry interesting reading let me tell you)

PA could do with some explanation I had to turn on the telly to find out who everyone was talking about

I think my absolute favourite acronym has got to be TSSDNCOP.

I had a look at the acronyms list last night, and it looked new to me! Did they update it within the last 6 months?

Yes I think it was updated not long ago, as I had a real sense of deja vu when I saw this thread!

What is TSSDNCOP? I keep trying to work it out but my brain melts when acronyms go over three letters

Now what was going on in April that it completely passed me by?

However, I still maintain that there are some gems out there, and some important ones (not always the same thing)
