Hello
Go to the 'MyMumsnet' drop-down menu (purple box on the top right)
Go to 'My Account'
Click on 'Username'
Type in the name you want to change to (lots of names are already taken, so you may have to try a few before you hit on one that isn't)
Enter your password at the bottom
Click 'save'
et voila
