I'm getting an advert for 'weight loss capsules' on the right hand side of every page.

Is it legit?

Because it screams scam to me?

MN sign up to an advertising channel thingy (technical term), it has a lot of adverts and often they will be triggered by keywords on the page.

MN don't individually approve each and every advert.

They should be able to blacklist dodgy ones though.

Can you take a screen shot and tell us also where (which topic) you;re seeing it?

I'm a doctor. The only weight loss that even scares me a little bit is the type you get when you are so profoundly dehydrated you have lost a significant amount of weight and might actually die if I don't give you some fluid. I don't hate anyone for having good skin apart from during flu pandemics when the facemasks give us all spots, then I might be a bit jealous. These ads do amuse me!

I've emailed a screenshot I took 5 minutes ago of the advert on active conversations.

I am staring at it and giggling.

I have the advert on my active conversations still but it is of a woman tonight and it's not there every time I click on active conversations.
