I have a red star showing next to my inbox but no message in my inbox

Have you tried refreshing the page? It could also be for an old message that you haven't red yet so have you had a look through them? Smile

Refreshed and clicked through old messages. It wasn't working.

It did eventually show up at 9. (A new one) Very strange.
It seems to be behaving now though. Smile
