Still can't namechange!

I still cannot change my nickname.I am on a laptop,have mozilla firefox,and also Internet explorer and its the same on both-tells me member 4O4 not found on server-sigh!Sorry to be such a pain but I dont know how to fix this myself.
Looks like its going to be Banannaballs forever eh?(Gloomy prospect,cant even spell it properly).

Hi Bananaballs, are by any chance you using an old bookmark to get to the screen where you can name change? The URL changed recently to www.mumsnet.com/member/registration-details so old bookmarks won't work - you might get a 404 error from them. Try that link and see how you get on. Thanks.
