Hi HQ, I've just done the Brands Survey for you. There wasn't a box to fill in about why I felt positive/negative about any of the brands I was being asked about, so I'm just telling you here... those jiggly Karcher ads on the side of Good Housekeeping threads have made me feel negative about it. I've never used a Karcher device, I've heard vaguely that they're a good brand, but given the choice of a Karcher and Another Steam Cleaner with same spec and same price, I'd probably choose the one whose advertising agency hadn't given me a headache.
