I've screen captured a strap advert that keeps following me around the site..
It's at the top of my profile.

Is this really the sort of thing you want on your site?

It's also popped up as a square ad on the right of the screen . Persistant little bugger.

Just wanted to say that I just saw the 'Spied' ad.

I had the spied advert this morning too.

Bloody annoying and it has the look of a virus type thing about it.

It's Ad Choices, isn't it? I hate the bloody things and I really wish Mumsnet weren't allowing them. I think it cheapens the site, as well as some of them looking really dodgy.

I have had that one on the top of my page several times today/yesterday as well, by the way.

I had the '2 friends spied on you' ad again this morning at the top of the page.

Interestingly, it disappeared as soon as I logged in?

Oh, it's on the right hand side of the page now.

Well I'm logged in, and it's at the top of my screen now, ironically at the top of this thread!

It was there for me a minute ago too, at the top of active convos.

Oh no! Not sure how that's happened as we definitely blocked it last week.

OK, just so you know what's happening and don't think we're a lot of incompetent losers, it appears that, as fast as we block this ad, it appears again with a different "booking" name - until we block that one.

We are on the case, though. Honest.

the google ads are there as well, but they are real ads iygwim - the 'remove malware' ad is loud and proud again
