As Achica is a Mumsnet partner could anyone provide an address for this company so I can write a formal letter of complant.
They are no longer responding to emails and I have problems with two orders. There is an address for them in London on the website but this could just be a VAT reg address. I used the Mumsnet voucher code when placing an order the website is attractive and looks professional but logistics and customer service are non-existent.
Please if anyone could advise me how to register a complaint with this firm I would be most grateful. It is getting a bit stressful! Thank you!
