Spoofs, Jokes and Trolls

Right.

I want a serious debate about this.

I started a joke thread, in my own name as usual, about a neighbour stealing a spoon.

It was questioned as "trolling" and I got told off by Rebecca at MNHQ.

Are spoofs and/or jokes no longer allowed?

Since when?

And why?

What do people think about spoofs, jokes and trolls and the difference theereof?

I have no idea what y'all are talking about.

BOEUF · 27/03/2013 20:08

Yy, this I need to see.

usualsuspect · 27/03/2013 20:09

I don't know what the ipoat thread is, I have never read it in all my 100 years of being on MN.

Hullygully · 27/03/2013 20:09

I have no idea what's in a caipirnihahahahahahahaaa. Some kind of Portuguese booze and some brown sugar and some green plant.

I got absolutely atrocious on them anyway,

Welcome back usual you bugger, we got all upset when you went and started loads of threads and scottishmum told us all off.

Actually why the HELL is she called scottishmum my? Anyone less likely to call themselves a mummy I can't imagine.

BecauseImWorthIt · 27/03/2013 20:10

You know, things are pretty shit for me right now. And MN is my kind of solace. If I could climb through my laptop screen into the bar and drink with you all night now, nothing could make me feel better.

Here is where I come for some uplifting. Not to see people piss drear and grey all over the place.

All those of you who are lurking, smurking about reporting - fuck off and leave the rest of us to it. If you don't like the sense of humour here, why on earth are you on MN?

Can someone pass me a large gin?

Hullygully · 27/03/2013 20:10

there are lots of them usual, er basically wear crinolines and talk rubbish in the haha

I have no idea why

GetOeuf · 27/03/2013 20:11

Atrocious is supposed to say stocious.

But atrocious is apt as well tbh.

BecauseImWorthIt · 27/03/2013 20:11

Oh, and [oneupman] I had my first ever caipirnihahahahahahahaaa in Rio, about 20 years ago.
