yay its all fixed! that was very traumatic tho and it was such a faff to go into help and the links you clickef on in help are tiny and i kept getting the wrong bit! and before anyone says its not because i have fat fingers!

Why fiddle with the mobile site? Should tech really be doing something with crapness that are apps?

In Tech's defence, the iPhone app, at least, is out of their hands and in Apple's, so far as I know.

I don't know about the Android app.
