I am sure there is a simple reason for this - I went on to namechange (trying to go Gold for September) but it wouldn't let me. Whilst there, I also tried to change (update) my email address as there was a red note telling me that you had tried to contact me but were using an old address.
I made the changes - including putting in my new email address - but it won't accept any changes because "we already have an account with that email address"
So what am I doing wrong? How can I update email and name change?
