Where have the bookmarks gone?

Is it just me or has anyone else lost the bookmarks?

They don't appear even after refreshing the pages.

Logging in again could be because Tech has updated something - sorry we know it's annoying
I'm not aware that we are having probs with bookmarks but will see if we can find out.
