Wow. I can't put it into words and do it justice. It's incredible. I don't think my Mumsnetting career will ever top this. It's phenomenal. Just to be mentioned in the same breath as Kurri and Poppadum is an absolute honour, and to be up there with those guys as a Mumsnetter name-change competition winner is very special.

(with thanks to those who voted for me and to a certain newspaper...)

2012OlympicOdyssee · 04/08/2012 22:32

Oh, I am too late.

I thought we had until the end of the Olympics?

ISpyJumpHigh · 04/08/2012 22:35

Congratulations to the winners Torch

bronze · 05/08/2012 17:40

This is the one and only name change comp my name bloody works for and I was away! Sad

KurriotsOfFire · 05/08/2012 18:59

Congrats to Wigeons and Poppadom, - great name changes both, - very well doneSmile
Thanks to everyone who voted for my name change - I'm so thrilled to have won a prize, I was so over excited yesterday that I forgot my manners and didn't thank people, so many apologies, - I really do appreciate it Smile

Obviously - like Wigeons, I'd also like to thank my parents, my coach, my primary school teacher, the man at the garage and a woman I once saw in Sainsbury's, - all of whom helped make me the person I am today.
