Can you give the appeal for Stacey Hall and Ellie some more publicity?

Mumsnet, as you probably know, the Yorkshire Police have made an appeal as a 3 years old phoned 999 as her mum collapsed and was unmoving on the floor. The police haven't been able to trace them. The little girl said her name was Ellie, her mum's is Stacey Hall. She thought they lived in Leeds, near a chip shop, and that het grandparents live in Bridlington, East Yorkshire.

That was yesterday and they've not been found. They could be in dire straits.

Please could you give this story some publicity by putting something about it on the home page, and/or making one of the threads going about it a sticky one?

As we're a large parenting site, someone who recognises them could well post here. I'd like to think if any of us were in a similar situation, mumsnet would help us out!

Thanks

Yup confirmed as a hoax by two 10 yr olds.

threeleftfeet · 31/07/2012 16:44

OK, I just googled it, you're right.

Of course I'm right. Why would I post it otherwise?

threeleftfeet · 31/07/2012 16:46

While annoyed I've spent some of my afternoon trying to help. I'm really glad there isn't a woman lying unconscious or dead on the floor while her 3 year old gets more and more distressed!

I have no idea! I don't know you personally. People post all sorts of strange stiff on mumsnet!

I didn't mean to offend you, I was trying to agree with you.
