First post in this bit so v sorry if been done to death already. It'd be good if all posts from OPs are highlighted somehow, ideally viewable as a string, eg in the blue box. Would reduce repetition/posters missing further OP posts on long threads.

As they others have said, this is indeed possible.
If you go to customise scroll down to highlight options and set them how you want them and then click save.
