Rowan - just put -- in front of the first, and then the last word of the bit you want to strike out. It will strike through the whole thing.

If you want to strike out "Jacksmania is an eejit", put in front of Jacksmania, type as normal, and then behind eejit.

It will come out as Jacksmania is gorgeous and helpful and Rowan loves her
