I would quite like to accidentally on purpose tread on her toes.

I couldn't punch her. That would be wrong. But if she happened to leave her toes where I was walking, I wouldn't go out of my way to step over them.

And I'd make sure I'd had quite a big meal first.

I trod on the toes of a man who didn't give his seat to me on the tube when I was HEAVILY pg. Actually, he elbowed me out of the way to get to it. He had a stupid tie too. And his face was shiny. Hmm, spotting a link here. Sort of.

I put my chair leg back on the foot of a woman who was giving my dp the eye in a restaurant. I was pregnant, too, which explains a) hormonal violent behaviour and b) why it was quite so effective at making the tears spring to her eyes.

I have to confess that I actually went on to the Boden site to lookk for it but it would seem you can only get it if you spend a load of money.
