To save me from being drawn into threads which I know are no good for my mental well-being. Does anyone else want the same? (Didn't we used to have them?)
(Assuming I haven't previously ticked a box somewhere that hides the Hide Thread link )

There is one already! You need to go into Customise to find it...

Hi Ragged, are you on the mobile version of the website? I don't think the link/box shows up there.
I just checked the the desktop version using your preferences and the hide link is visible. It's the grey box at the end of the row with a minus sign on it.
Let me know which version you are using. Thanks.
