Since I "liked" Mumsnet I am getting all the mumsnet news blocking up my news feed on Facebook

how do I remove it?

Sorry am a luddite, and only have a few friends on Facebook - I don't want to get all the mumsnet updates taking up all the space. (and then I miss my friends' updates on my phone because it only shows the last few updates).

Thanks

If you hover over the top right hand corner of the post on your newsfeed you should get a drop-down options menu and you can choose to unsubscribe from Mumsnet.

Hi Beattie

Sorry if you feel we have been a bit intrusive. We are always happy to have some feedback on what you like/don't like and how we can do better.

You have just inspired a good discussion here at the Towers and a poll on Facebook to see if others agree and we are doing too many updates Grin

Eau has explained how to unlike us if you want to.

Does anyone else have any feedback on what they would like to see on our Facebook page or not?

thanks Eau! - sorry MNHQ I've unliked you now! It's not personal, I just don't want to miss the (very few) posts from my (very few) friends on facebook - I only check once a day at most and not very often on a PC. Mostly just on my phone.

I'm sure younger, more modern types don't have this issue!

Wink This is a reason I have especially not liked mumsnet, however much I actually do like you guys! Because I do not want my facebook to be your source of income when you are selling ads. And my main reason for being so extremely against the Like button on all the threads here.... Sorry.

I only liked mn to try to win the Mark Warner holiday! I didn't realise the repurcussions.... (and I didn't win the holiday either).
