Pretty please ?

Comes up with half the page missing. Thought it was fixed but now it's broken again.

Thank you.

Seems to be better again, RowanMumsnet.

I am going to stop calling you by your surname and just call you Rowan. I hope that's OK ? Grin

You can call me whatever you like, so long as it's either 'Rowan' or 'RowanMumsnet' [strict face]

Tech thinks this might be what's known as 'having an old browser', but we're just checking.

MrsDeeBee · 10/04/2012 17:17

Thank you v. much, Rowan.

Wouldn't dream of calling you anything else !

Tech is most likely right. They usually are.

Well. That's ruined the surprise. Only April and I already know what I shall be having for Christmas.

Obviously a new-fangled whoojama-thingamebob-wotsit with a 'NEW' browser.

Which would be fine, but by the time I can afford one, it's already old.

What else would we call you anyway? Confused

This was an issue awhile ago as well and I think it turned out to be a certain advert.

::vaguely helpful::

MrsDeeBee, if it is an "old browser" issue, you just need to update to the most recent version. Having said that...

If you really are using Internet Explorer, please ditch it. It's crap. Mozilla Firefox and / or Google Chrome are much better.

Zombie only used Internet Explorer once on this laptop and that was to download Firefox. She then used Firefox to download Chrome.

MrsDeeBee · 10/04/2012 21:51

Seems to be Ok now...thanks for all the advice, Zombie, all too confusing for me though ! I daren't change anything on my trusty little top, I am too petrified of losing things !

Not comp. savvy at all, which is bad, I know. Blush

Hi MrsDeeBee,

Glad everything seems to be okay now. Give us a shout if things change.

I won't let DH touch my desk top until DD2 leaves primary, I've vast amounts of PTA publicity stuff saved in Coral Draw.

Being mean it's a very old very temperamental version of CD, it crashes if you look at it funny.
