MNHQ, you know when you reply to a report...

Is there any way you can leave the message we wrote when we reported intact when we get a message back? Like if you had responded to an email?

Just so we know what we had said, can remember what it was about etc? It's hard to keep track when you are as old as me, and I keep mixing up my wanking trolls with my misery trolls and mantrolls.

Is it possible?

I know some of my replies have had my report message inside them. But I don't think they always do.

SoupDragon · 21/02/2012 20:40

Perhaps you are reporting too many posts if you can't keep track...

LeBOF · 21/02/2012 20:53

Not really- I usually remember. But there is a troll RAMPAGING away this week, and I am trying to report rather than be snarky on their threads. Polite disengagement is actually curiously liberating- I recommend it.

Yes and no

Yes, we can but we would have to c&p each time into the mail to avoid giving you all our secret email addresses and links but we could speak to Tech and see if there is an easier way?

However, if you mail back we will let you know who, what, where etc although it may take a little while.

LeB0F any chance you could report Bupcakes?. She has just started a thread announcing to the world she would feed Paul McCartney pre-mixed pancakes in a sexual way.Grin.

You know how Olivia has a klaxon that goes off when West Wing is mentioned? Rebecca has a Pinot one.

Fact. not really

Valpollicella · 21/02/2012 21:37

MNHQ, could there be an opt in tick box to have your original message to MNQh incuded in the reply?

Valpollicella · 21/02/2012 21:38

As in before you send the troll report message to you, you can tick

'Yes, I'd like my message to be included in the reply'

'No, I'm not really bothered'

Pinot · 21/02/2012 21:41

Tee Grin worst job ever!

LeBOF · 21/02/2012 21:44

I am SO on that Bupcakes one.

You can sometimes end up going on a reporting spree though - particularly if someone goes on a spampage

Not at all sure that this would be possible, but we will definitely ask?

Isn't this 'troll hunting' - which I thought you weren't allowed to do ??
