A minor IPhone gripe

I click on threads and I can't see the whole thread title. It's soooo annoying. Eg

AIBU to think my MIL demented because she put my ba..........

Then posters saying

YANBU
YANBU
YABU
YANBU

You can flip on a thread. Just press the + button.

Yes, thread title missing is very annoying.

What's worse is that ever since the app was created (even though I have told MN about this many times) when it loses wifi/3G it say 'Error stablishing connection'.. stablishing, STABLISHING... WTF is STABLISHING?!

Another one for bookmarking here! Agree with all of the above. Mine keeps crashing too. The only way to deal with it seems to be to delete the app and re-install! So frustrating!

That annoys me too OP. I still click on it / turn my phone on its side hopefully every few days in case they've fixed it somehow!

There are 3 other things that drive me crazy:

1. why can't we click on old thread links?
2. why can't we access people's profiles? Someone will add photos to a post - and we can't see them!
3. we need a refresh button to update a link when you're following it real time.

These seem such simple things, but I bet some poor sod is tearing their hair out trying to upgrade everything!

I've had to delete and re-install 3 times now. Each time it's killed itself loading threads I'm on. Some sort of a blip/hang along the way and it just stays like that, forever, until you delete and reinstall the app. Which is no biggy, just a tad annoying.

I've stuck to reading it in Safari in the normal version, then you can get landscape and swipe it larger if necessary. Not usually necessary on Ipad, easy enough on Iphone.

agree about thread title thingy, and have also reloaded about four times in last month....

I use the mobile site, not the app. Much better IMO, other than the emoticon buttons, but you can still type them out.
