Link to a word document
When I copy & paste in to a post the format goes funny
I need to keep a list of MN C/mers and their locations
I'm a bit of a dunce when it comes to PC stuff

You can't unless it's on the internet somewhere publicly available. Word formats the document differently than we do, that's why you lose that when you copy and paste. Your best bet is to just type it into the 'add a message' box or save it as a plain text version and copy and paste that (you will lose formatting, however).
