Why are links not working any more?

The past few times I have tried to post links using the automatically convert links button it hasn't worked and I don't know how to link any other way.

This is a bug that was reported to us earlier. It should be fixed soon.

You can find instructions for creating links the old-fashioned way below the reply box. :)
