Has any one mentioned to MNHQ we'd like Wizard hats yet?

DoesItWearingQuidditchRobes · 08/07/2011 10:12

Please can we have wizard hats? Please?

PaperView · 08/07/2011 10:26

no no no no!

FGS what is this with the wanky emoticons?

DoNotTakeMeSiriusly · 08/07/2011 10:30

All we want is hats added to the smileys. Nothing too wanky about that..

Agree with paperview, sets a ridiculous precedent. Vampire teeth when the next twilight film comes out, EE emoticons when the next big story comes to a head.. I understand being excited, but come on!

PinotLovesRonWeasley · 08/07/2011 10:42

It's just for fun.

FoofusScrimgeour · 08/07/2011 10:46

Just hats. Like Halloween. It's not like we're asking for mini Voldermort heads (although that would be quite cool Grin)

OracleInaCoracle · 08/07/2011 10:54

But halloween is different. Its celebrating an actual holiday!

HoneyNorwegianRidgebackdragon · 08/07/2011 10:56

Halloween isn't a holiday

MelodyMagicalMaladies · 08/07/2011 10:58

Hats, wands and mugs of butterbeer would be good too.

OracleInaCoracle · 08/07/2011 11:04

Halloween isn't a holiday

It is, it is celebrated on a specific day for religious and cultural purposes Grin

PaperView · 08/07/2011 11:09

I rarely use the seasonal ones either tbh.

Don't get me wrong i like a good smiley or two but this is bordering on the ridiculous now.

PaperView · 08/07/2011 11:09

In the old days (Grin) we used to name change in honour of days like these not strop like a toddler Wink

ProfessorCJCregglyPlank · 08/07/2011 11:11

Maybe we could have the dragon back?

I liked that dragon.

And no extra work required, surely?

PfftTheMagicDragonhideGloves · 08/07/2011 11:13

be grumpy elsewhere.

The forbidden forest, for example.

HoneyNorwegianRidgebackdragon · 08/07/2011 11:14

Halloween isn't a holiday

It is, it is celebrated on a specific day for religious and cultural purposes

but not with wizard hats and butterbeer Grin

ProfessorMagnaGonagall · 08/07/2011 11:17

Its the last film ever Sad. It encouraged children to start reading again and got them excited about a story. How many other books can we honestly say got all generations raving about them and actually enjoyed reading them.

Please please please it's only for a week until general release.

ThumbsNoseAtSnapewitch · 08/07/2011 11:39

Hallowe'en isn't a holiday - the NEXT day is the holyday, Hallowe'en is All Hallows Eve. All Hallows Day is the holyday. So ner.

Hat AND glasses, purlease! Although the dragon would be good too... I lurved the dragon. Grin

TaffetaBeauxbatons · 08/07/2011 11:41

Accio emoticon!

TaffetaBeauxbatons · 08/07/2011 11:42

I want a Fawkes!!!! A little baby one, coming out of the ashes, please.

OracleInaCoracle · 08/07/2011 11:51

Look, I understand why you are excited, but there are a great many books that have inspired children and got them to read. I loved the narnia books, but don't want an aslan emoticon when they release a film. Namechanges are fun and fitting, emoticons are a step too far imo
