What do you think about Bullying - opinions needed for 5 live show tomorrow a.m

We've had a call from the Victoria Derbyshire show who want us to go on tomorrow morning and talk about bullying - is it the parents' fault?

Here's what they want to talk about:
it's officially anti-bullying week, and in a speech this afternoon the schools minister, Jacqui Smith, has reaffirmed how the government intends to crack down on the problem.

There are various measures...a legal right will be given to teachers to discipline pupils...but the onus seems to be on parents to take action against bullying. Measures include giving schools the power to apply for court-imposed parenting orders to compel the parents of bullying or badly behaved children to attend parenting classes or face £1000 fines. The question we're asking on the BBC Radio Five Live phone-in tomorrow morning (between 0900 and 1000 on Victoria Derbyshire's programme) is whether it's the parents fault if your child is a bully? Does a £1000 fine seem severe? Or do you think schools should take more responsibility for bullying than they currently do.

They're particularly keen on hearing from parents who don't think this is fair.

If you have any views, anecdotes, ideas on thisthat you'd like us to try and pass on, please post them here!

Thanks in advance
