suppose it's everyone looking to see if we're as 'mary whitehouse' as people think

I've had the offline for 30 sceonds message about 5 times in teh past 10 minutes

It was clearly fitting that after posting that, MN went offline 'for the next 30 seconds'!!!

so glad to read it's not just me

Happening here too, did it last night until I got fed up and went to investigate RL.

Which isn't all it's cracked up to be, so PLEASE don't make me do it again.

Mine is running mega slow too and I've had the offline thing a lot today. Please fix because my DH is watching very boring telly and I prefer it here

Hi all, sorry to hear you've been having problems. I've been working today and haven't seen the offline message. Can I check what server you're all on?

I'm a Virgin Girl and I'm being serviced very slowly ATM.

I have satellite broadband and I'm very glad to hear it isn't just my crappy connection. But fair dos to MN, they must be running some massive database. It's pretty good considering.

still so so so so slow. I even have time to change my mind about posts I'm submitting and cancel them its that bad.

it's really slow for me. Taking ages to load and frequent 'offline' messages.
