Just wondering how high (and low) the numbers go.

Can you tell dh is at work, dd is away on a school trip, ds is in bed, and TV is rubbish

Actually, I always think I joined in 2003 as that was the year of my youngest child's birth. I have to then recalculate because I didn't actually join until he was a year old.

IIRC, I read about MN in the Sunday Times one weekend, looked it up and started posting all in one day. Mind you, my first posts were a bit embarrassing and I name changed soon after.

I think the person who has had the name longest should take priority really, not necessarily the person who joined first. But you can't force a name change. You can only ask and hope.

Not like that in rl at all dumbledore :o. But in my defence I was suffering from the old pnd at the time, couldn't even admit it to a bunch of tinternet strangers though! Numpty that I was. Once I did reach out, mn reached right back. It was incredible.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend lurkers. In actual fact, I am a lurker in real life but I am not quite sure what people are lurking from on an internet forum. No-one knows you, you post a bit, you feel embarrassed by your posts, you either never click on the site again or you name change. Repeatedly if need be.

I am a proud former owner of a "mum" name. I still can't think up witty names.
