have tried a parasol but not a large enough patch of shade. she is starting to roll about, so i am guessing it needs to very large. this is my 1st summer with a garden really so am a bit clueless.

Could you rig up one of those 'sail' type things - need to bang 3 posts in the ground and then get a large piece of material - perhaps a sheet?

misdee · 13/08/2005 11:51

how?
i have no idea lol. the garden is sunny untill about 4pm when the sun moves round to the front of the bungalow. so needs to be able to provide shade from all angles really.

another vote for a gazebo - you can pick them up for around £10 if you shop around and they provide a lot of shade

misdee.. just walked past Kwiksave and seen gazebos in the window for £12.99. 2.4m x 2.4m of sunshade!

no kwiksaves round this way. but thank you. will look for a gazebo.
