Baby breathing monitor - angelcare or tommee tippee??

Have been reading old threads about these and can't decide.
Does the angelcare one beep with each movement? Can you turn it on to just a flashing light to look at, but then the alarm will still go?

What I want is one that if I wake up I can see the breathing light flashing - the noise would keep me awake - but alarms if baby stops>20 secs. Also I want one to use in the same room as us (moses basket in our room at mo) and won't interfere with the baby listener parent unit for our 2 yr old.

By the way, aware of the evidence but want one anyway.

I love our angel care alarm. We've had the same unit for 5 years (2dc) and you can turn the tick off on ours, there's been a new model since so I can't be sure you can on that, I'd expect so thoug. We used in in a Moses basket in our room for a while and it was fine.

Thanks!
presumably if you turn the tick off the alarm will still sound? Does it flash as well with breathing???

We have the new angelcare model. You can turn the beep off, and the icon still moves, so you can see it moving as they breathe, but there's no flashing light. The alarm will still sound if you turn off the tick, you can select to turn the tick and the sound and the movement all on or off and still hear the others independently.

We used it in the same room as us, I think the only issue is that the sensor pad under the mattress needs to be a certain distance from the unit that it connects to in order to prevent interference, like 18 inches or something.
