Stickers of a car track and racing car or similar for boys bedroom?

I am decorating my sons bedroom - I saw a nice sticker of a race track/road with car on a bedroom wall in an edition of the Home Show. Does anyone know where to buy this or something similar? Thank you

stressed2007 · 29/07/2009 21:27

Thanks ladies - I like the supernice one better. Neither I think are what was on the show in question though - off to see if I can find a photo of what I am talking about.

if he's mad about disney cars how about this

stressed2007 · 29/07/2009 21:52

nice - thanks for that . But he is only 2 so maybe something a bit more generic at the mo that he can just recognise as a car etc.

would you be brave enough to paint it yourself?

PinkyMinxy · 29/07/2009 21:57

Habitat do a fabby sticker set of cars and buses and Taxis etc- as a red and pruprle silhouette- we have it ad it's fab, but it is more of a street scene than a race track.

Djeco do veyr nice wall stickers this site is very good

PinkyMinxy · 29/07/2009 22:01

pruple?? what a great word! My typing is always atrocious. Sorry!

stressed2007 · 30/07/2009 09:32

I could n't paint it myself - my art development stopped at age 10 - not joking a child can draw/paint better then me

stressed I can paint and draw, I'm a sculptor by professin, and I have been commissioned before to paint other people's children's rooms and bathrooms etc. BUt personally I like the stickers because you can just peel them off when your child is bored of them, without having to paint over. You can get your own artwork prnted onto stickers but it's quite pricey.

That Tickety-boo site is lovely, isn't it. I have bought the spring tree sticker for my DD's room and it's really pretty.
