cotton-comfort.com do sleepsuits for children of all ages. They are expensive (£25 each) but very simple to copy. We bought some for our son and he sleep really well in them, he cant pull them up to scratch and they are more comfortable than pyjamas. We got 3 pairs thanks to generous grandparents but my mum is going to copy them when ds needs the next size up as they are pretty simple. Perhaps look at their wesite and order one, then copy the design if you are any good with a sewing machine.

We use the cotton comfort ones. Think they are the same company as eczemaclothing.com.
Have you tried phoning the eczema society? They might have suggestions for someone who does them cheaper. Sorry - don't have the number to hand

Podmog, I've noticed that at least one of the French catalogues, Verbaudet or La Redoute, has all-in-ones that go up to quite a large size. I'm not sure what they are made of, but it might be worth investigating.
