Hairspray?! They are giving babies a combpver and then applying hairspray!

uberalice · 01/04/2009 22:19

You have to use hairspray to keep it in place.

Actually I wouldn't mind one for the comedy value of the child constantly pulling it off.

Or are they going to come up with "Baby Bands*! - A unique and magical limb-securing solution that allows your family to treasure your Baby Bangs for longer!"

missmama · 01/04/2009 23:07

Ahem, a friend told me that the wig for the bears in the build a bear workshop fits the babys head perfectly.

Kewcumber · 01/04/2009 23:09

OKLemon confess... what exactly were you looking for when you found that site?

PortAndLemon · 01/04/2009 23:14

It came through in the MetaFilter blog feed (honestly, I can prove it, look here).

April fool, surely?!!

savoycabbage · 02/04/2009 04:42

The baby on the opening page is so beautiful and then if you wait a few seconds she is transformed into a baby wearing a toupee.

The website seems a bit elaborate for an april fool. I'm glad that it arrives 'ready to wear'. I have enough to do in the mornings finding shoes and making packed lunches without having to style my babies wig.

$30 is about £20. Is that a good price for a baby wig in the current climate?

Portoeufino · 02/04/2009 08:27

Yuck! And I speak as the mother of a dd who was practically bald until she was 2.

Sorrento · 02/04/2009 09:24

And a ginger toupee at that

pollywobbledoodle · 02/04/2009 20:36

as the child grows could it be recycled as an adult merkin and 2 armpit wigs?
