Further to my initial warning expressing concerns about Cosikids and the response by the owner, I can confirm that she is indeed as good as her word and orders do seem to be getting through. I am pleased things seem to be working out ok!

I must be a bit of a saddo as I have just ordered a pair for me also in fushcia pink like the one's I've ordered for dd from fit feet and they were 13.50 delivered! We can have matching shoes for our holiday next month!!

With regards to cosikids i have just had to take out a paypal dispute to get my money back, i emailed them a few times with no response, If they had responded to my emails i would not have opened the dispute, but to me good customer service and good communication goes a long way, if you deal with a reputable company like NEXT you get excellent service all round and your goods turn up, so for me now i will only use reputable companys, not these tin pot ones that pop up offering good service, anyway thats my rant for the day.

My crocs I ordered for me on sunday arrived on tuesday. The crocs I ordered last friday for dd as yet have still not arrived...

Nope, mine came from fitfeet but dd's that I ordered last friday came from charm TPS - grr!!!

I ordered some crocs from Cosikids on 13 April and as of 6 May still have not received them. When you call them, you just get an ansafone which doesn't take messages and am getting no response to my emails. My order was for £90. Have now been in touch with my credit card company regarding getting my money back.

Have you seen that Sportsdirect are doing them for £15 and £10 for childrens. They are obviously end of line ones but I've been to my local store and thay are genuine, there wasn't a huge choice but there was quite a selection for girls

I wish I had researched CosiKids before ordering from them. I see from your website that many others have been caught like me - I ordered a floatsuit for my grandaughter 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived, no-one answers my emails and their phone picks up then goes dead. But of course they have taken my money. This is disgraceful and so frustrating.Can't they be stopped?
