Hi everyone - sorry to barge in uninvited but I hear what you lot don't know about pushchairs isn't worth knowing! I hope someone here can help, do you know what is the absolute lightest double buggy on the market? suitable for one newborn and one toddler. I've had a jane powertwin and a maclaren double and found them both heavy and bulky. Am I kidding myself or is there something lightweight out there? Many thanks for any info.

lillypie · 17/02/2009 17:50

Hi there don't have much experience of doubles
but this seems very light HERE

FlyMeToDunoon · 17/02/2009 19:09

debbie I was looking for a maclaren triumph but am getting a Vit now. That listing made me laugh though because that 'very rare colour' was the one I had about 4 years ago for DD2
hangingbellyofbabylon A lot of folks like the Nipper 360 double for lightness. The mountain buggy is also highly recommended, even though it may be heavier, it is a dream to push. Elmoandella has both the MB and the Jane so will be able to give you a comparison.

FlyMeToDunoon · 17/02/2009 19:13

Nipper
MB

DivamakesKimchi · 17/02/2009 19:37

i think, nipper and mb will be the best.

Techno sold for 68.00 so I'm pleased. Trouble is that they don't have any feedback. Will have to wait and see. Ebay account won't work on my laptop at home but have come to my mums house and it mysteriously works now.

Don't have to buy a footmuff 4 buzz now, thanks Maclaren! Will def buy it from you when your custom one comes.
