I have tried Kiddicare, Argos, Index and Mothercare so does anyone know anywhere else that has them?

okey dokey....

Titania · 06/04/2005 17:03

errr....sit in or freestanding one?

Chandra · 06/04/2005 17:05

I have one in like new condition that got from Toys R Us, the style resembles this one but the activities on it are different (it has a phone, some musical buttons and a space that is great to place a doll (therefore use as a push chair) or to hide his cars away.

I paid 16 pounds for it, you can have it for a 7 plus postage. I'm in York if you are near you are welcome to pick it up.

P.S> I also have the other type of baby walker and a door bouncer if you are interested.

Newbarnsleygirl · 06/04/2005 17:05

By freestanding do you mean the ones with wheels. If so then yes. It needs to move. Lol!

fairydust · 06/04/2005 17:07

i think your going to find it really hard t oget a new one for under £20 - most of them start at about £25 - £30 for the cheapy one.

Newbarnsleygirl · 06/04/2005 17:08

Oh thanks Chandra but I meant one that the baby can sit in.
It's weird though because I want it for my Aunties GD who are in York!

OP posts:
Titania · 06/04/2005 17:08

this is probably no good

Titania · 06/04/2005 17:09

eek...posts crossed....ok

fairydust · 06/04/2005 17:10

ebay have them for £17 but the postage is £8.00

Chandra · 06/04/2005 17:11

Oh, then York's ToysRUs or mothercare will be better if it's a gift. You can also have it delivered to the house of the girl which is also very convenient.

I got a sit on walker from ebay for 24 pounds, it was new and in its box though a chinese less expensive brand, but it did its work beautifully

Titania · 06/04/2005 17:14

ebay

hardly used

laneydaye · 06/04/2005 17:18

Newbarnsleygirl · 06/04/2005 17:20

That 1st one is what I'm after but it's a shame you have to pay so much postage on it. Thank you very much for looking for me Titania.

OP posts:
Titania · 06/04/2005 17:28

Chandra · 06/04/2005 17:46

i got a mamas and papas one in makro for £16.99+ VAT. can't remember if it was on offer or not. so if you know anyone with a makro card you could try there. it doesn't have any toys on the table but i prefer this as you can change the things all the time.
