carrielou2007 · 17/01/2009 12:50

Glad you are settling in Elmo and dc happy (and you??)

Just off out in the maclaren I picked up yesterday, it is immaculate, sponged out and fabreezed it and put buggysnuggle on it until can take covers off to wash later.

Just had a look on Bounty, only been on once or twice, no-one on there seems to be able to spell really? It's just, well, odd? Does everyone on here also go on there? I suppose it's what you get used to!

Maclaren · 17/01/2009 12:55

I have an account on there Carrie but cant get to grips with how you keep track so cant be naft with it lol!

Have listed about 5 items using a new listing tool and the blooy thing hasnt included the postage amounts so I have to go back and do them all manually ahhhhhhhh

SparklyGothKat · 17/01/2009 13:57

sorry had to shoot out earlier, Nicola that would be great if your buyer doesn't turn up. I saw Mac's pictures and I actaully love the orange, and really want one now... lol

nicolamumof3 · 17/01/2009 14:07

ok will let you know straight away either way so you know! it is lovely i took it out of box twice as really wanted to use it but its just not for me. i am now going to get a zapp that everyone tells me i will hate so no doubt that will be for sale soon

PrammyMammy · 17/01/2009 15:38

Zapps are handy for keeping in the car and using if you only need to nip out for half an hour or so. Oo and they are very low down too, so if you are any taller than about 5ft7 you will prob need to stoop, i am 5ft10 and i really had to stoop.

pushchair · 17/01/2009 16:31

Have been trying to analyse my pushchair angst and think I may try a Mountain Buggy. I have great judgement and timing if they really are going out of business
Realised that Jane is annoying me because it is too fussy with padded hood, bars everywhere that stop shopping going in small basket and lack of meaningfull storage.
Can anyone tell me how upright the seat is on Mountain Buggies. It looks quite slanted back from pics.

PrammyMammy · 17/01/2009 16:40

I like the look of MBs i think, there is something about them, can't put my finger on it! Are they going out of buisness?
I dont know about the seat, but i have a Speedi and when the seat is fully upright, it is still at a recline, bit of a pain, MBs could be similar!

pushchair · 17/01/2009 16:46

I had a speedi briefly and that was one reason I got rid of it. Always thought MB looked too functional but now wonder if that would suit me better.

PrammyMammy · 17/01/2009 16:56

Can't figure out what the back is like from photos, but they look very warm and cosy don't they.
I like the speedi, except the seat, but it isn't too bad when the footmuff is on.

MrsMagooo · 17/01/2009 18:03

Evening all!

Just catching up

Nicola that is really odd - I'm a bit worried now!! I've never been a member of Bounty only MN & iVillage! Has it got the same amount of o's in the name as mine?

Should I change my name do you think??

My Dreami sold - yippee!! Get courier booked for Monday!!
