they have always made the odd special edition ones and some of the quest mods have been colourful. but obviously alot people (unlike us) don't care what their buggies look like as you see alot of dull maclarens and other pushchairs about. what gets me is the amount of falling apart or filthy pushchairs you see being pushed around. yuck!!

misdee don't think i've seen the sheepskin liner?? have to check that out.

misdee · 15/01/2009 09:15

i saw it on the strollerqueen website, but cant find it now on maclaren site.

Hello all

Just back from nursery, really should be doing housework but will leave it a bit am nackeed (2 mile walk) LOL.

There was a new mum at nursery with her 9MO DS and I had to rub my eyes a few times to make sure I could see right! Her DS was dressed head to toe in Timbarland with the little Boots and jogging suit NO JACKET and come on we are in the Highlands and it is freezing! And mother of all shocks never guess what she had when I went outside? Was folding my pram and she had the lacoste maclaren, I'm sorry I know I can prob be a bit chavette at times but mother of god lacoste pushchair (which is worse in RL than on computer) and Timbaerland baby

Stereotype or what!!!

mamadiva · 15/01/2009 10:20

I didnt know you could even get them! Has anyone else seen them they are hideous! Although I want to be nosey ow and see how much they cost

bratnav · 15/01/2009 10:22

Hi Pushchair people, sorry to butt in, but I just wondered if any of you know anything about M&P Stake? Good, bad or indifferent?

Cheers

MrsMagooo · 15/01/2009 10:31

Morning all!!!

Can someone please tell how the feck I get my P&T hood off I've got the back bit off IYKWIM where the rods just slide in the fabric part but cannot for the life of me get the main rods off - where it's in the matel part IYKWIM???

Brat I love the Skates - so funky & a really good size, it can go up/down the chassis as well as reclined etc etc - parent/rear facing too

bratnav · 15/01/2009 10:39

I am such a muppet, skate not stake

I got given a whole demonstration at a M&P store yesterday, was very impressed, but then googled it and it had some dodgy reviews last year. I just thought you would be the people to ask

MrsMagooo · 15/01/2009 10:48

Ah - have figured my hood he hee

MrsMagooo · 15/01/2009 11:18

So ladies, what do you think??

mamadiva · 15/01/2009 11:26

ooh mrsm that is gorgeous!

how are you today?

claret1980 · 15/01/2009 11:27

Wow Mrs M that is fab! Where did you get the hood & covers from? I want to liven mine up.

lillypie · 15/01/2009 11:29

Mmmmmm lovely looks so cosy!!

Morning everyone I just sold my Micro

MrsMagooo · 15/01/2009 11:34

Claret both from Snunkie

Mama still fighting this cough but ok - how's you? Any sign of your Mac?

Yay to selling Lillypie

mamadiva · 15/01/2009 11:34

cool lily did you get a decent amount?

nappyaddict · 15/01/2009 11:34

Think i'm edging back towards XLR again lol. It lies flatter than the XT so think it will be more comfy for DS.

MrsMagooo · 15/01/2009 11:34

Although they're footmuffs as opposed to covers

mamadiva · 15/01/2009 11:36

No sign yet

I got a tracking number thing from paypal but it doesn't have anything it goes to parcelforce website etc and says your parcel tracking is detaied below then it doesnt say anything at the bottom.

MrsMagooo · 15/01/2009 11:37
Hmm
mamadiva · 15/01/2009 11:37

Nappy arent they both suitable from birth?

misdee · 15/01/2009 11:38

that cow set is gorgeous!

my red skip hop dash arrived works well on both kate spade mac and my bee. am very happy it has the new style clips as well.

misdee · 15/01/2009 11:39

both xt and xlr suitable from birth but xlr is flatter iirc.

nappyaddict · 15/01/2009 11:40

misdee what's the green pushchair in your pic trail?

misdee · 15/01/2009 11:41

the one next to the bugaboo? mountain buggy c://drive. i had it two years ago, stupidly sold it, but getting it back soon as buyer is selling it.

nappyaddict · 15/01/2009 11:42

Oh i didn't know you could get little wheels for them like that.

nappyaddict · 15/01/2009 11:43

It's a bit confusing. Both XT and quest are 150 degree recline but quest is from 6 months and XT from birth. XLR is 170 degree recline.
