HAS ANYBODY BOUGHT OR HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE WEBSITE TWO LETF FEET

Absolutely AWFUL company. do ot touch them with the proverbial barge pole. I ordered a Bugaboo and car seat from them 10 weeks before my baby was due and was told they would be delivered within 6wks. 6 wks passed and I had heard nothing so I phoned them .Had to try dozens of times and only when i had been on hold for 50, yes 50, minutes did soemone answer to say there was a delay and it would be another 4-6 wks. I said that wasn't good enough and cancelled my order. I was told they had 30 days to refund my money (they take the money the moment the order is placed and NOT at dispatch, as is usually the case). 30 days passed so i called. Could get no answer so I wrote saying they had broken their own terms and conditions and the distance selling act of 2000. No reply. Wrote again threatening legal action. Got a reply saying it would be dealt with in the next 2 weeks. Heard nothing. Contacted Trading Standard, followed their instructions regarding legal letters (you have to write 3 times giving them 14 days each time to respond). Finally, 1 day before the final deadline before going to small claims court, I received a cheque in the post, which mercifully cashed ok!writing , wrote agai

The worst online company i have ever used, i ordered a product which never turned up, it took me 3 months, 28 emails and about 10 hours waiting on hold and being cut off beore i got a refund, they even took out thhe money again before refunding me. I HATE THEM.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE - or anything else for that matter!!!

An absolute nightmare, I did manage to get most of my Bugaboo Package from them worth aver £700, but am still waiting for a car seat footmuff, which was ordered back in September. You can not contact them, they never reply to e-mails, an absolute handache!! I finally got my bugaboo 1 day after i gave birth, with a free set of fabrics for messing me about, but I am still outstanding a footmuff. I just feel lucky that although I have lost out on the footmuff (about £30) I got all my other items!

I foolishly didn't do any research about them before I placed the order, and only did so a couple of weeks ago after I got so fustrated. Their website looks really good, and the fact that they have a warehouse that you can visit makes you think they are ok, but don't be fooled!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! unless you want a premature labour, as the stress will send you into one!! It nearly did with me!!

Maybe this should be kept "bumped" esp for the newbies to mn or new mums to be....
Seems there are alot of people still not aware of their daylight theft shocking service.
